Birth of Boxledline

Under the denomination , structural profile in alluminium illuminated by LED, BOXLEDLine originates, patented product RM2011U000202 with the brand registered and made in Italy, with international patented pending WO 2013/093602. This new line of products will be divided into elements illuminating ROLL-IN, in elements for signaling and lamps for worktables all operated by intelligent electronics, but most of all in keeping with the machine directive and the environment.

Illumination and safety

Design studied in a way to carry out with simplicity and modularity lamps luminous bars and signalling systems according to the clients needs. ROLL‐IN realized with LED CREE of very high quality and luminosity, fitted in a small electronic board, all encased in an alluminium profile which allows, the right dissipation, this profile is adaptable to the major types of structural profile on the market.

The machine

The machine must be supplied by an incorporated illumination suitable for operation where, in spite of environment illumination having a normal value the absence of such a device could cause risks. Must be designed and built in a way that there are no zones of shade which can cause disturbance, no dangerous stroboscopic effect on the mobile elements due to illumination. The internal organs which must be frequently inspected and regulated, must be supplied with suitable illumination devices, the same for the maintenance areas.
When the safety and health of people can be put at risk by the breakdown of a machine which operates without supervision, the machine must be fitted in a way to emit a suitable sound and light warning signal.
In the machine is equipped with warning devices, these must be able to be understood without ambiguity and easily perceived. Opportune measures must be taken to allow the operator to check the constant efficiency of these warning signals. The dispositions of the specific community directive concerning colors and warning signals must be applied.
